Or my scarf that I got from thrifting or my belt that I got from the swat meet. Hahaha That's some exclusiveness for y'all. But GUESS what!!! I got bricks I got bricks!!

Lil Dee-Dee (In my Jamaica accent)

Sooo I got invited to a reggae concert last night, gladly I went. It's funny because I've never been to a reggae concert or listened to any reggae music. But my mother Dee-Dee is a reggae queen. I couldn't figure out what to where to the concert, lol I don't know why it was so difficult. But I picked the outfit above. Crazy being that my mother had wore leather to a reggae concert earlier this year, and my sister Necie reminded me. That's why I'm little dee-dee with the accent. Lol cause I get it from my MAMA!

The concert was one to remember, I danced all night without understanding a word. Lol A girl from switzerland got on stage and started wining and she was killing it!! In a good way! And special guess Snoop Dogg came out and I went crazy, especially when he played my favorite hit of his, 'Drop it like its hot'! It was so great seeing and experiencing a little bit of a culture different from my own.

OOTD outfit of the day turned into a Photoshoot with Daveion Thompson..a few weeks ago.. I don't think I'm allowed to wear this again. 🙈 But it was a fabulous and cheap find.. Simple is better

Californicating

Finally got to bring my red plastic looking Dr.Martens out! Along with my high waist shorts I got from thrifting on Melrose! Something I decided to throw together to get out the house, that shows a bit more of my edger side of me. ;) This was a outfit that I just continued to add layers and change things up until I felt it was together. I think that's most important with ever you wear, it has to feel right to YOU!

High on life

 I had an instant connection with this Faith shirt, weirdly put. lol Being that Faith is something that I strongly believe in. I know that a little faith can go a long way, and this little shirt was a constant reminder of that while I was wearing it and it was much needed. I'd like to have more shirts like this that promotes positive thoughts and inspiration throughout the day. Heat wave 😩

Trying to dress appropriately for this heat wave. I'm a Florida girl who has become accustomed to the beautiful L.A weather. It feels like I'm in Florida but its worst because its so dry. Lol just trying to stay cool..

Simple is better.

Nice and simple get up for a beauitful summer day... I originally put on my gladiator sandals with this outfit, but my photographer Daveion insisted that I put on the heels. Lol to close his mouth I did, but either looked great with it. But what I feel really makes any outfit is the accessories, so a close up of today's accessories where much needed, from one of my favorite stores forever 21. Along with my new favorite hat, I had been looking for one like it for months. :) finally found it at H&M in Fl.

Since I already wore my 4th of July inspired outfit to Beyonce's concert. I decided to switch it up on our Independence Day. Keeping it fresh funky and edgy. And with the heat wave that LA has been experiencing I made a good choice, especially with all of the holiday errands that I did with my cousins! Speaking of cousins, I forgot to saw I styled them for the fourth also. I didn't get to take pictures but I will make then put it back so I can show my blog family lol. :)

A day to remember..

This is my Beyonce Concert get together. I was clueless as to what I should wear. I called by brother in law Bae Bae and he gave me the idea of American flag shorts that my mother had. Lol mind you that the concert was July 1st days before the 4th of July. But it didn't matter because I was going to see my favorite artist in this world BEYONCE!
